Engrave & Elevate Partnership Program Terms

These Partnership Program Terms (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Engrave & Elevate Referral & Affiliate Program (“Program”).

By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Partner,” “Affiliate,” or “You”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Program Overview

The Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring customers to Engrave & Elevate through unique referral links or discount codes.

Referrals are tracked using affiliate tracking software integrated with our website.

2. Eligibility

Participants must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate registration information
• Operate social media accounts, websites, or communities appropriate for promotion

Engrave & Elevate reserves the right to approve or reject any partner application.

3. Commission Structure

Partners earn commission on qualifying purchases made through their referral link or code.

Commission rates, cookie duration, and payout terms are defined inside the affiliate dashboard and may be updated at any time.

4. Tracking & Attribution

Referrals are tracked through unique links or discount codes.

A referral will only be credited when:

• The customer clicks a valid referral link or uses an assigned code
• The purchase is completed successfully
• The order is not refunded or canceled

Engrave & Elevate is not responsible for tracking failures caused by ad blockers, browser settings, or incorrect link usage.

5. Prohibited Promotion Methods

Partners may NOT:

• Use spam email marketing
• Use misleading advertising
• Bid on Engrave & Elevate brand keywords in paid ads without permission
• Pretend to represent Engrave & Elevate as employees or official spokespeople

6. Brand Usage

Partners may use Engrave & Elevate brand assets solely for promotion of our products.

Partners may not modify brand assets in ways that misrepresent the company.

7. FTC Disclosure Requirement

Partners must clearly disclose their relationship with Engrave & Elevate when promoting products.

Example disclosure:

“This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you purchase.”

8. Commission Payment

Commissions are paid after the referral order has passed the refund or dispute window.

Engrave & Elevate reserves the right to withhold payments for fraudulent activity.

9. Termination

Engrave & Elevate may suspend or terminate a partner account at any time for violations of this agreement.

Partners may also terminate their participation at any time.

10. Independent Relationship

Partners are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Engrave & Elevate.

11. Limitation of Liability

Engrave & Elevate shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to participation in the Program.

12. Changes to the Program

We may update these terms or the program structure at any time.

Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of those updates.
