Depending on the product, you may be able to customize names, dates, initials, special messages, logos (depending on product), and images (depending on product).

Please double-check spelling and dates before submitting your order to ensure accuracy.


-Will I see a proof before engraving?
For standard text personalization, proofs are not automatically provided unless requested.

For logo engraving, large bulk orders, or complex custom designs, we may provide a digital proof for approval before production begins.


-Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

Once engraving has started, changes cannot be made due to the personalized nature of the item.


-Can I rush my order?
If you're on a tight timeline, please contact us before placing your order. While our standard processing is already quick (1–5 business days), we’ll always try to accommodate urgent requests when possible.

Our standard processing time is 1–5 business days.

This includes reviewing your personalization details, preparing your design, precision engraving your item, and quality checking before shipment.

If you have a deadline, we recommend ordering early — but feel free to message us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Shipping time depends on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.

We offer multiple shipping options so you can choose what works best for your timeline and budget. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information.

Yes! We ship nationally through our website.

We carefully package each item to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Yes! We ship internationally through our Etsy shop.

International shipping times and customs processing vary by country. Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If your order is NOT one of our personalized products, we have a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days to return a non-personalized item.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom engraved items are non-refundable unless there is an error on our end, damage during shipping, or a quality issue.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.


-How do I start a return?
To start a return, please email us with your order number and proof of purchase.

Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return shipping label (at our cost) along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


-Who pays for return shipping?
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label at our cost.


-How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

Yes. If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Items must be unworn or unused, in original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
